If you feel your venture satisfies these areas, please submit your executive summary, business plan, PPM or power point presentation.

This critical data is used when determining the success and sustainability of all ventures.

- Identification and size
- Trends
Product or service
- Product/Service Description
- Technology
- Development
- Distribution
- Differentiation
- Price points
Competition
- Competitors
- Advantages and barriers
Team
- Introduction of team (if any)
- Board composition
Financials
- History and forecast of next 2 years
- Plans for capitalization (if any)
- Projected plans for marketing, research & development and head counts for such areas.

Step 2 - What You Can Expect

GroundWork Equity provides entrepreneurs the opportunity to present their product/service to our partners for consideration.

All GroundWork Equity partners collaborate; providing comments and suggestions and ultimately they all must agree on a venture. At which point, a notice of acceptance or decline will be issued. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to make a decision.

Step 3 - Starting Point

If you feel your venture satisfies our areas of interest, please submit either an executive summary, business plan, PPM or power point presentation. It is customary for entrepreneurs to have several calls and meetings. We work closely with the entrepreneurs and it is important to fully understand the venture and it's management team.
